30 Mile Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Victorian Shiraz grapes, organically grown, were cool fermented in stainless steel, followed by a short period of lees stirring to give length and roundness to the palate. Shini rose-gold, the Zilzie Butterfly Kiss Rosé offers fresh summer strawberries with a delicate white floral undertone. Add a subtle hint of raspberries and a dry mineral finish and this is a fabulous wine for all occasions. Try it with a Thai beef salad, grilled lemon fish or haloumi on the barbecue with a side of basil and tomato salad.
