The Wine
Take a deep breath and smell the fresh aromas of citrus, peach and tropical fruit. Sip and savour the long and flavoursome palate of citrus and peach, subtle oak and deliciously crisp smooth finish. A portion of the wine was fermented in French oak and left for 6 months until blending and bottling, resulting in subtle textural hints and spice. Named after Quarisa family's private waterhole, the 30 Mile Chardonnay is as refreshing as a midnight swim. Try it alongside pan-fried fish with ginger and spring onion.
