Light straw in colour with lovely green hues. Quarisa's 30 Mile Sauvignon Blanc was picked in the night and cool fermented to retain all the joyous and delicate varietal flavours and aromas. Clean, fragrant, slightly grassy scent with underlying tropical characteristics. Fresh gooseberry flavours are wonderfully balanced by fantastic texture and length. This wine pairs perfectly with seafood, Thai and Vietnamese dishes. 30 Mile is named after John Quarisa’s own private waterhole, the place he once swam as a boy. It has grown to be the lifeblood of the vineyards by supplying water to the majestic vines. The 30 Mile range is a tribute to Australia's vital network of rivers and waterways – the lifeblood of Australia.
