Il Pino is made by Giuseppe Secchi, senior winemaker at the 150 year old Concilio winery, and there’s nothing he doesn’t know about local speciality Pinot Grigio. His classic rosato is just the sort of wine chic Italians choose to drink in the lakeside bars and restaurants. 2020 has proved a top vintage in many parts of Italy, the crispness is all there in Veneto whites and rosés, along with an appealing berry filled aroma and flavour. Elegant and refreshing on its own, this is an ideal match with seafood, a risotto or salads.
