The Wine
A showcase of two of South Australia’s finest regions, the picturesque Clare Valley and the gem of the terra rossa, Mt Benson. It’s a generous expression of Shiraz which Halliday describes as: “Salubrious. Creamy oak tucks in blueberry, violet and a sweet core of raspberry liqueur. Almost akin to a decadent dessert in the mouth, but dry. Hedonistic in a good way… 92pts”.
