The Wine
For many years, Johnny Quarisa made terrific, award-winning wines for some of the biggest names in Australian wine. He dreamed of going out on his own and finally his wife Josephine told him to quit dreaming and sort it. He now makes great wines at his family winery in New South Wales. He is helped by his wife Josephine and occasionally his three children, their three 'Treasures'! A Gold medal winner, it's made with top quality fruit from South Australia’s famous McLaren Vale region. Expect delicious dark berry fruits, ripe cherry, spice, pepper, cedary oak and a hint of mocha the region is famous for. The aroma is inviting, the flavours are superb – it demands to be enjoyed now.
