Wine Summary
De-stemmed and crushed with the juice drained off directly to create a bright pink hue. The wine was then fermented cold in stainless steel using aromatic yeast strains. It's obviously a winning combination is the Gold and Double Gold medals are to go by – which they clearly are! Shiny rose gold in colour, fresh summer strawberries with a delicate floral undertone. Add a subtle hint of raspberries and a dry mineral finish and this is a fabulous wine for all occasions.
