A characterful white from Rodolfo Sadler (aka Opi), the winemaker behind our bestselling Opi Malbec. He’s a gentle, affable man, wedded to the high vineyards of Mendoza, a paradise for making top wines. So good, in fact, that in over 30 years of winemaking, he's never considered leaving. When asked to tell us his secret for making wines that are always among our most popular, he simply shrugs and says, “this is how my family has always made wine.” Typical Opi, humble despite such talent. And why Opi? It's simply a nickname from childhood that stuck! This is a vibrant Chenin, Chardonnay and Sauvignon white – brimful of white peach fruit. Great solo, tasty with chicken.
