We’ve known the family well for years now, so much so that Javier calls us up after the vintage so we can get the top pick on their finest vats. Aged for two years in French and American oak barrels, this mellow Reserva has a rich layer of spicy complexity. Best paired with roast lamb, game pie or stew.
