This red is pure Malbec, a grape better known in Argentina, but that works a treat in the Cape too. Just the ticket for sipping on its own, preferably whilst cheering on your local cricket team, or serving with chargrilled food, from veggie kebabs to a sizzling steak. Tasty too with chicken.
