The DiFabio family has a long history of grape-growing and winemaking dating back to the family’s Italian origin. Brothers Goe and Tony Di Fabio run the estate, and their parents Giovanni and Maria Di Fabio purchased their first vineyard in McLaren Vale in 1966. These Single Vineyard releases are made only in excellent vintages but have a tradition of raking in high point scores, and often released with a few years of maturity under their belt offer fantastic drinking upon release – and also the prospect of being happily cellared for quite a few years to come.
