Bon Courage Chardonnay 2015

And that's just what we've come to expect from Jacques Bruwer - third generation winemaker at his family's breathtakingly beautiful estate in Robertson. Jacques' father André has spent a lifetime improving the estate and championing the wines of the region, and today leading wine writers like Hugh Johnson and Robert Joseph rate Robertson highly for quality and value. One look at the Bruwers' Trophy cabinet shows they're a leading light there. Night harvested grapes are gently pressed then the juice left with the skins to extract that delightful array of fruit. Ideal solo, or with fish, chicken or creamy pasta dishes.
