Champagne Nicolo & Paradis has been crafting fine fizz for 70 years now, from the family’s vineyards in the Côte des Bar, part of southern Champagne. South-facing vineyards with chalk, marl and limestone soils are the secret to the quality you’ll taste in the glass. This is their Pinot-led Tradition Brut, aged at least 3 years in the cellar to ensure rich and toasty brioche notes to the fruit.
