Talk about worldly! This is the modern-day Aussie – a classic Italian white variety, grown in Australia, and made for enjoying with Chinese takeaway. Did someone say fruit salad? Yep – but this one’s for grownups. There’s ripe pineapple and juicy honeydew melon, soft pear and all your other fruit salad faves. Call up your local, because we reckon this wine was simply made for Chinese food! It would be stunning with some salt & pepper calamari, but the ripe fruits would also hold their own against some tangy sweet & sour pork, too.
