Ingram Road Single Vineyard Yarra Valley Chardonnay 2015

Ingram Rd wines come from 5 Red Star Helen’s Hill Estate, a boutique winery in Victoria’s beautiful Yarra Valley, made by winemaker Scott McCarthy. His Chardonnay is crisp and elegant, bursting with vibrant citrus and white peach flavours, on a lean, racy finish. Fermentation and maturation in French oak has given a nice richness to the wine, but doesn’t dominate – the finish is crisp and clean. Sip it on its own (it’s very approachable) or partner it with a rich chicken or seafood dish.
