Bees have always been essential to the production of great wines. Though not necessary to aid the vines with pollination, bees are needed to maintain a healthy ecosystem within the vineyard. Jilyara is equipped with four beehives, one at each corner of the property – their own honeycomb corners, helping to keep the crops fertile and healthy. With this Sauvignon, expect lifted floral notes on the nose, amongst passionfruit and fresh herbal notes. Green apple, lemon citrus and tropical notes linger on the palate with fresh crisp acidity on the finish.
