Our winemaker Mark Hoddy’s mission was simple: craft wines with the finesse and character of classic Grand Cru styles – without the hefty price tag. To achieve this, Mark selects grapes not from the pricey, famous-name appellations, but from hidden vineyards across the Languedoc, where the quality is outstanding. This elegant white wine is a prime example. Made is the style of a fine white Burgundy, Le Champ des Etoiles is crafted with the finest Chardonnay grapes of the vintage, sourced from trusted growers and cooler sites to preserve freshness and minerality. Ageing on lees in barrel lends a creamy, rounded texture and subtle complexity, while the keeping the vibrant fruit front and centre. Serve gently chilled.
