Using 100% Chardonnay grapes from vineyards close to the coast, his Aluado has ripe peach fruit balanced by a zing of stony crispness. It has won eleven Golds in the past three vintages, and the 2022 is every bit as delicious – and with just as impressive a collection of Golds, plus a BEST BUY Trophy. Lovely as a glass on its own, or served with seafood, salmon or chicken dishes.
