Mystery White Wine NV

Provence is the absolute epicentre of fine rosé. Warm sunshine and cooling breezes from the Med encourage the elegant fruit flavours the region is known for. It’s the style the rich and famous love to sip as they enjoy the sunshine of the Côte d’Azur. This is a delicious new find from a small cellar in Aix-en-Provence, next door to where neoclassical painter François-Marius Granet lived. The grapes are from Jean-Didier’s vineyard where Mediterranean olive trees overlook the vines, and the finest Provence varieties, Grenache and Syrah, are night-harvested and hand-picked for an elegant rosé. Subtle berry fruit with a classic savoury edge and bright lemony zip – this wine is delightful on its own or with seafood or lighter vegetarian dishes.
