Vibrant and refreshing in style, the Sauvignon Blanc is aromatic and crisp whilst the Semillon adds an extra dimension to the wine and depth to the palate. Winemaking technique adds texture and complexity to the depth of flavour. A wine of pure and intense varietal character, lifted passionfruit and freshly squeezed lime. It allows winemaker Jo Nash and her team to focus on what really matters – making sophisticated wines like The Full Fifteen Chardonnay. It tastes just as good as (if not better) than many Chardonnays twice the price. A small amount of fermentation in oak has lent The Full Fifteen Chardonnay lovely toasty nuances, a nutty complexity and a soft creamy character.
