As you’d expect from this star studded part of France, this irresistible pink is supremely elegant with lovely raspberry fruit, yet with a subtle savoury edge and brisk minerality to keep the wine nicely edgy. Crafted from a range of traditional grape varieties, carefully cool fermented to capture all the fruit and freshness in bottle. Serve with seafood favourites such as crab or lobster, pan-seared tuna or grilled king prawns. It’s also great with creamy vegetarian dishes.
