The Wine
Think of this as a gorgeous tropical field blend, it has the body of Sav Blanc, the beautiful acid line of Riesling, the exotic fruit flavour of Semillon and Verdelho, and the lifted aromatics of Viognier. Everything came together in perfect balance and we honestly think its stunning. Elegant and refreshing with beautiful aromas of stone fruit, lifted peach, zesty pineapple and delicate citrus notes. Crisp and fresh mandarin jumps from the palate followed by pithy lemon. A zingy finish with lingering acidity.
