The Wine
Don't ask us why this is called Slither of Sun – we don't know! But it certainly is a beautifully rich and vibrant sunshine-in-a-bottle Verdelho you will love. It's a 'tutti-frutti' conglomeration of flavours, including tropical fruits, lime, kaffir lime, honey and honeysuckle. Verdelho is quite a versatile wine and pairs well with shellfish, and if oysters are on the menu you can't go wrong.
