The Wine
South Australia’s beautiful Clare Valley is famous for its pure, crisp, limey Rieslings, and the Watervale district produces some of its very best examples. Winemaker Paul Gordon is a master of the style – his 2014 version was rated an impressive 94 points by Halliday. Pure, intense lime juice characters and a mouthwatering zestiness make this one a superb match to barbecued seafood.
