Seifried Nelson Chardonnay 2021

The Seifried family estate lies in Nelson, next to Marlborough on the northern tip of South Island, a region that boasts 2,400 hours of sunshine a year,. It’s very beautiful too, with snow-capped mountains, lakes, forests and beaches. The founders, Hermann and Agnes Seifried, planted their first vines in 1973, and 1976 saw their first harvest. The children are now involved – Chris as winemaker and Anna heading up the marketing – and their wines win many prizes.
