Howard Vineyard's cool climate wines are really making a splash, and this vintage Sparkling – made with top quality Pinot Noir and Chardonnay – is a tongue-tingling, nose-prickling, palate-pleasing delight. Perfect for celebrations, it also makes a wonderful accompaniment to richly flavoured foods like lobster mornay or a gruyere soufflé. "51/49%/pinot noir/chardonnay, parcels picked and fermented separately. Matured for 3 months. Pale blush hues introduce a delicate, fresh sparkling with signature Hills racy acidity.
