The Black Chook Shiraz 2016

The highly acclaimed, hugely experienced Alexia Roberts is the chief winemaker of The Black Chook and Penny's Hill. This wine has been crafted using grapes from two of Australia’s finest Shiraz growing regions (a unique practise in Australia which helps create jaw-dropping wines). With meticulous care, Alexia combined hand picked parcels to create a magnificent red of impressive power and finesse with a soft, silky texture. Revel in ripe aromas of blackberries, currants and ground pepper, before uplifting flavours of cedar, cherry and bramble.
