Being a top-secret collaboration, we can't tell you which one, can’t even give handy clues, but it is a very fine estate with wines that sell for up to $90 a bottle. $35 a bottle for this prize red is great value (and if you're paying less than that you're onto a seriously good thing!)
"Dark fruit, pepper, and a finish that stays. Deep crimson with a purple rim. Blackberry, ripe plum and dark cherry, then cracked pepper, liquorice and dark chocolate. Mocha, cedar and savoury spice underneath. Rich and full. Concentrated fruit on supple, fine tannin. Blackberry and plum through the middle, pepper, cocoa and quiet oak for depth.
