Saverio is a name which runs through many generations of the Trimboli family, most recently from Salvatore (Sam's) to his own son. Salvatore’s father Saverio taught Salvatore to make wine, and this brand is a salute to a long-standing family tradition. The wines under this brand all honour Europe’s great family of grape varieties including Saperavi, a native grape of Georgia, similar to Malbec, very rarely seen here.
