Saverio is a name which runs through many generations of the Trimboli family, most recently from Salvatore’s father to his own son. Salvatore’s father Saverio taught him to make wine, and this brand is a salute to a long-standing family tradition. The wines under this brand all honour Europe’s great family of grape varieties including Sicily’s hearty, black Nero d’Avola. This is black-fruited and spicy.
