Cantine Due Palme was founded by his grandfather, Angelo Maci, to save the livelihoods of the region’s growers. ‘Stronger together’ was their motto. The cellar has won many top awards including Puglian Winery of the Year three times, Italy’s Cooperative of the Year twice, a hat-trick of Winemaker of the Year and Angelo was given a Lifetime Achievement award.
