Shiraz grapes from Zilzie's organic vineyard were harvested in the warmth of the afternoon to enhance fermentation and colour. The fruit was fermented on skins for 7 days then gently pressed. Luscious dark berries, juicy raspberry and heart-warming winter spices are framed by toasty oak and smooth silky tannins.
